Das neue TIAR-Konzept der Pathophysiologie von Endometriose und Adenomyose ist von erheblichem heuristischem Wert: Es erlaubt tiefere Einblicke in das Krankheitsgeschehen und somit weitere gezielte Forschung in Ă„tiologie, Pathogenese und Therapie. Es stellt das Krankheitsbild in den ĂĽbergeordneten Zusammenhang von physiologischen und pathologischen Prozessen, die mit Verletzung, EntzĂĽndung und Heilung einhergehen.

    Blastozystenkultur mit Zeitraffer-Cinematographie (Embryoscope)

    Zum 1. Februar 2012 hat das Kinderwunschzentrum Darmstadt den routinemäßigen Einsatz der Blastozystenkultur (5-Tage-Kultur) mit dem Embryoscope aufgenommen. In der Zeit von September 2011 bis Ende Januar 2012 lief eine Erprobungsphase mit diesem neuartigen Kultursystem. Das große Interesse der Paare an dieser verbesserten Kulturmethode veranlasste uns, das System auszubauen.

Von einer ausländischen IP-Adresse wurde in der Nacht vom 24.2.2012 auf den 25.2.2012 in die Gynaktuell-Website in Form eines gefälschten Newsletters (2/2012) eingedrungen. Noch in dieser Nacht wurde der Angriff von uns festgestellt und der Newsletter entfernt. Unsere Nachforschungen haben ergeben, dass das Unterschieben des Newsletter-Versandes unter Ausnutzung einer Lücke ermöglicht wurde, die inzwischen geschlossen wurde. Wir wollen uns für diesen unangenehmen Zwischenfall entschuldigen und versichern, dass sicherheitsrelevante Daten nicht in die Hand des Angreifers gelangt sind.
